Shipping & Returns

Shipping Information:

All our items are sent by EMS (Express Mail) or SAL (Economy Airmail). All packages contain a tracking number and the status of the shipping can always be checked on the official webpage of Japan Post. Items in stock are usually shipped within 2 business days after the payment is received.

Delivery by EMS varies between 2-10 business days (depending on your location). Shipping to the USA, UK, Germany and France usually takes between 2 and 5 business days.

For SAL, it can take between 2-4 weeks.

You can check the price of shipping before you place any order. During the checkout process, just insert your country and your ZIP code, choose your shipping method and press apply.



The price of shipping for Japan is a flat rate of 9USD per order (no matter the weight or the quantity of items per order). Delivery takes 1-2 days.

Please bear in mind you are responsible for any taxes, fees that may be charged by the customs of your country. The amount of tax depends on every country so we advice you to check with your local authorities to know the tax rate in order to estimate the cost.



Pre-orders:

Customers are required to make full payments for pre-order items. The items are shipped as soon as they become available. If you order has in-stock items and pre-order items, we will ship it once all items are available.

For some popular and limited items, we advice our customers to pre-order the item as soon as possible since orders are treated on a "First Come First Serve" basis.



Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

All our sales are final. If an item is damaged, we will contact the maker in order to be able to exchange or repair the damaged item. Please, inform us about any damage within one week after you received the item. After that period of time, we won't be able to exchange defective items.
